Emaar Properties and DP World

A partnership between two global-scale companies based in Dubai to develop one of the biggest and greatest water developments in the Emirate. Mina Rashid or Port Rashid, the coastal community by Dubai Maritime City adjacent to the sea on one side and the old parts of the city is a collaboration between Emaar the leading real estate development company and DP World the international company that specializes in port terminal operations, maritime services and free trade zones.

The new development in Mina Rashid is planned to include many first-class and first-of-its-kind facilities in Dubai such as the Dubai Mall by The Sea along with an upscale waterfront comprising a retail, dining and entertainment destination, a floating yacht club, a beautiful sandy beach, the longest swimming pool in Dubai, promenades, luxury branded-hotels, a private beach club, art galleries, a theater a museum and other features and facilities of an upscale community. It will also accommodate the world's largest yachts and help advance cruise tourism in Dubai.
