Dubai South

Focusing on the happiness of the residents, Dubai South is a master plan development by government affiliated developer Dubai South. This city within a city is set to home thousands of shops, offices and homes being built over an area of 145 sq km. It also features a major logistics district, the highly anticipated Expo 2020 site, and the Al Maktoum International Airport.

Dubai South is recognized as the Dubai's flagship urban project, and is also known as Dubai World Central. It is based on the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Prime Minister of the UAE, Ruler and Vice President of Dubai.       

Dubai South is a master-planned development offering an excellent community within an urban environment. It also feature world-class designs, a wide range of lifestyle amenities and superior quality, and everything else that is required for a peaceful life, with different options for work, entertainment and education all being available within a 10-minute radius.

The themes of Dubai Plan 2021 are based on the Royal vision and are reflected in Dubai South. The main points are for Dubai to:

This project will sustain a population of a million people, and is designed to support every kind of industry and business and create over 500,000 jobs.

Dubai South will be the host to landmark events such as Dubai Airshow and World Expo 2020, and is the home to the world's largest airport in the making – the Al Maktoum International Airport. It is easily accessible from both Abu Dhabi and central Dubai.

This mega - project is a self-contained city and was previously known as Dubai World Central. Dubai South will also offer various districts including commercial, residential, aviation, exhibitions, humanitarian, and even an airport. The main tourist attraction World Expo 2020 will be situated within Dubai South.

Sub Projects

The first two residential communities in Dubai South Dh25 billion were announced at Cityscape Global event, known as The Pulse and The Villages.

The Pulse

Located in the Residential District of Dubai South, The Pulse offers 236 townhouses and the Pulse Boulevard Apartments will comprise of 152 apartments, of which 60 apartments will be known as The Pulse Residence. Prices for a studio apartment start at AED 280,000.

The Villages

Dubai South will also include another community of 254 townhouses known as The Villages, scheduled to be completed by December 2018. Two blocks of apartments will follow this project, 217 apartments will be known as The Villages Residences and 209 apartments called The Villages Apartments. They are set for completion by June 2019.

MAG 5 Boulevard

Mag 5 Boulevard is developed by Mag Property Development and is located at Dubai South. This Dubai off plan project will offer 1000 apartments in 13 stories + ground level building. It is comprised of 1, 2, and 3 affordable bedroom apartments covering a total area of 1,538,000 sq.ft.

Mag 5 Boulevard offers a wide range of amenities such as swimming pool, kids club, retail spaces and a comfortable and relaxed living spaces.
